What time should I wake up?

Surprise Mother’s Day breakfast in bed! I think she would like orange juice, scrambled eggs, biscuits, and hot coffee. I’ll add some flowers from outside and fruit to make it look fancy. Of course I want the hot food to all be hot when I serve her. When should I wake up in the morning to do all of this?
