How did I graph this heart?

In this activity, students will use mathematical equations to create a heart shape on a coordinate plane. This activity encourages students to apply their algebra and graphing skills creatively while reinforcing their understanding of functions and constraints.

📝 Suitable for Grades 6 to 9

⏰ 20-30 minutes

We recommend printing this activity and allow students to graph by hand, reinforcing their understanding of equations, domain, and range without relying on technology.
