Ghostly Measurements

In this activity, students will explore how to design a ghost costume šŸ‘»šŸ‘»Ā by reasoning through sheet dimensions, calculating the best fit for different heights, and interpreting the relationship between the sheet size and a person’s height. Concepts like radius, diameter, inequalities, and graphing will come into play as students solve this hauntingly fun math challenge.Ā

The activity including the starter will take approximately ā°Ā 45 to 60 minutes to complete, depending on class pacing and discussion.

Note:Ā ThisĀ UPDATEDĀ content, including the starter slides, isĀ exclusive to Adventurer (paid) members.
