Is this promo a good deal?

McDonald's was offering an "Arch Card" special deal. If you bought an Arch Card for $100 you were entitled to a free BigMac or EggMcMuffin every week for a full year. The card was only offered at some McDonald's restaurants and to a limited number of customers. Was this a good deal?  And if you do get a free BigMac or EggMcMuffin every week what are the costs on your body?  How long will it take you to exercise those calories away? Let's do the math!
