Giant iceberg breaks off from Antarctica

The crack in Antarctica's Larson C ice shelf has been growing for years (2017).  Has the speed of the rift's growth stayed about the same? increased? decreased?  Do the math and discuss the implications.

For Adventurer members we have an editable Word docx, an Excel sheet of our data, computations, and chart, and solutions.

Note: the U.S. National Ice Center declared it too small to track in April 2021.
